What is the turnaround time?

Typical turnaround time for print orders is around 1-2 weeks. Orders for sizes 24x30 are delivered 1-2 weeks. Orders for sizes larger than 24x30 are delivered 2-3 weeks. Keep in mind that any additional services can add processing time to your order. If you live in NY you can do Album pickups for delivery before 2 weeks, please check with us with pickup scheduling.

What are Shipping cost?

Shipping cost is $10. On orders more than $50 is shipping is free.

Prints

What is Silk paper?

 

Our lab uses the finest color paper that features a silk surface finish.

​

What if I want glossy paper?

Our Metallic paper has a high contrast, high saturation, and high gloss metallic look. However this is an optional add on check prints add on for pricing.

Album

 

Can I get an album with more than 20 sides?

 

Absolutely! You will be able to order a Signature Album with up to 50 sides. Keep in mind the packages come with only 20 sides. Each additional side is an additional $10.

How many pics per side?

 

One side can have up to 6 pics, however we like to have one/two sides with a full image. This image is typically the wow factor can be in the ending or beginning. We send sample design before finalizing the albums.

Canvas

What do you use to clean Canvas?

You may use a soft cloth or feather duster.

​

Is it essential to add gel coating to my order?

No, this is strictly optional. It does provide additional abrasion protection and filter out UV light for a longer life for your canvas.

Remake/Refund Policy​

We aim for  100% customer satisfaction. If you are not happy with the quality of your order, contact us within 14 days and we will reprint it free of charge. 

 

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
